eProcessingNetwork Gateway extension for Gravity Forms enables you to use the ePN payment gateway to accept credit cards directly via the custom forms on your Gravity Forms powered website without redirecting customers away to the gateway website.

Requirements

  • Active eProcessingNetwork merchant account.
  • Gravity Forms (any license) 2.3 or later.
  • A valid SSL certificate is required to ensure your customer credit card details are safe and make your site PCI DSS compliant. This plugin does not store the customer credit card numbers or sensitive information on your website.

Special Instructions

Steps to generate an ePN RestrictKey:

  1. Login to your ePN Merchant Service Centre account.
  2. Go to Web Services -> Processing Controls page.
  3. Click on the Generate RestrictKey button and copy the generated RestrictKey.
  4. Paste the RestrictKey in the corresponding field on the plugin settings page and save.

Special ePN Instructions for Basic and Advanced versions:

Within your ePN account: You must enable TDBE integration.

  1. Login to your ePN Merchant Service Centre account.
  2. Go to Web Services -> Processing Controls page.
  3. Under Disabled Integrations you will need to UNCHECK the TDBE integration to unblock it.
  4. Click the ‘Save Disabled Integrations’ button.
  5. IMPORTANT: This starts a security timer — Wait 15 minutes to process any transactions.

    I purchased the eProcessingNetwork Gateway for Gravity Forms plugin from WP Gateways to use on a client’s site. The setup was straight-forward and very user friendly. After getting it setup, I received an error while processing the test payment – I had inadvertently overlooked a step while building the form.
